The Service Center Complaints is a department in ASKO that aims to ensure cost-effective customer treatment and provide a good customer experience through uniform handling of complaint cases. The service center is located at ASKO HEDMARK AS. The department handles cases from all regional companies in ASKO and consists of just under 20 employees. The pace is high and you must like to handle challenges within a short time.

Work tasks:

  • Handle inquiries related to complaints via telephone and digital channels
  • Refer customers and find good solutions in line with current routines
  • Register and follow up cases in the system
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments

Qualifications:

  • Is service-minded, professional and communicates well both orally and in writing
  • Experience with customer service is an advantage
  • Thrives with customer contact by phone and with hectic days
  • Ability to handle several cases at the same time and work structured
  • Takes responsibility and is able to see good solutions

We are looking for you who can work 100% in the period June-August, preferably with a start before. Working hours Monday to Friday with core hours 08.00-16.00.
