Summer temps are needed in the period 15.6.26 - 16.08.26 and it is desirable that the summer temps can work as much as possible (Minimum 6 weeks) during the current period to ensure continuity and predictable operations. The working hours are rotational with work during the day, evening, night on weekdays and weekends and there is a need for summer temps on all types of shifts.
Tasks:As a summer temp, you can contribute with tasks such as:
Basic care (hygiene, dressing and nutrition)
Observation and assessment of patients/residents' health status
Follow up on vital measurements, sampling and assist with health care after training
Follow up surveys, screenings and registrations (eg. (e.g. drinking/diuresis, behavioural registration, patient safety)
Assist with mobilization, transfer and activation.
Practical assistance and support in daily activities
Contribute to a safe, active and meaningful environment for patients/residents
Documentation in line with current routines
Collaboration with colleagues, relatives and other professional groups
The work tasks will vary somewhat between outpatient home care services, day care centers and nursing homes, and the tasks you can contribute with will depend on what kind of expertise and experience you have.

We want you as:Who are undergoing health care education, health care professionals, nurses/nurse practitioners and others with relevant skills and/or experience who would like to work as an on-call substitute

You must be over 18 years old.
For health professionals, approved authorization is required
You must have a good command of Norwegian, both orally and in writing (min B2 level) and have good communication skills
Police certificate without remarks must be presented
