11B medical ward is an exciting ward with varied patient groups, challenges and skilled employees. Now we need more employees due to vacation. Do you want to work at Innlandet Hospital in the summer of 2026, to help deliver good and equal health services to everyone who needs it?

11B is an active department that receives elective and emergency patients. We have a total of 17 medical beds. Renal medicine treats patients with acute or chronic kidney diseases. We have a good collaboration with the outpatient clinic for patients with peritoneal dialysis and you will gain increased expertise in this field.

Gastromedicine examines and treats patients with acute and chronic diseases of the digestive system often related to bleeding, inflammation and cancer.

Tasks

  • Assist nurse, incidental work in the department
  • Observation, treatment, care and follow-up of patients
  • Clinical observations
  • Handle medical equipment
  • Maintain patient safety
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Electronic patient record (DIPS Arena and Metavision)
  • Follow up the unit's routines and procedures

Qualifications

  • Desirable with a nurse with Norwegian authorization, nursing student, health professional, medical student, pharmacy student or other students in the health sciences,
  • Clinical experience from the health care system
  • Nursing experience
  • The applicant must be fluent in written and spoken Norwegian
