We are looking for positive, committed and skilled employees who want to have a summer job at VLMS. We have a need for temporary staff in the out-of-hours service, the intermediate department, the dialysis department and the midwifery service.

Information about period and working hours:
- The need for summer temps extends over the months of June, July and August 2026 and is in different position sizes. You can make suggestions for the period you can work.
- Three-part rotation with work every second/third/fourth weekend (emergency care and intermediate department)
- Daytime and 24-hour shifts with weekend shifts (midwife service)
- Dialysis daytime (Monday-Friday)
- There may also be opportunities for temporary positions of different sizes through 2026
- Candidates who are relevant for positions with us will be contacted on an ongoing basis

- Norwegian authorization as a nurse
- Nursing students
- Medical students who have studied medicine for at least two years will also be considered
Physical care:
- Norwegian authorization as a nurse or bachelor paramedic
- Desirable with clinical experience as a nurse
Dialysis:
- Norwegian authorization as a nurse
- Nursing students
- Medical students who have studied medicine for two years may also be considered
Midwifery service:
- Norwegian authorized midwife
- Desirable with experience from maternity wards, follow-up and emergency services and pregnancy checks
Common general qualification requirements for the positions:
- Desirable with relevant experience
- Good oral and written communication skills. Language skills equivalent to level B2 are required.
Other:
The application may also be considered for other similar positions that become available in the service through internal redeployment.
