Your role As a Lindare/Electric Motor Repairer you will: - Work hands-on with repair, service and rewinding of electric motors - Learn a unique craft where precision and dexterity are essential. - Test and check the performance of motors - Sometimes help out on customer sites What does winding involve? It's a precision job where you replace the old windings of the motors with new ones - a craft that few people know today, and which we teach you from scratch. You'll start by walking alongside an experienced colleague who will show you the craft step by step. Gradually, you'll grow into the role and become an important part of the team. Who you are We are looking for you who want to develop in electrical and mechanical engineering and enjoy working practically, carefully and with technology that requires precision Maybe you have: - Worked as an electrician, service technician, fitter, vehicle technician or industrial mechanic - Attended an electrical, industrial or automotive technology high school program - Or just like to understand how things work and are used to screwing, tinkering or building The most important thing is that you are careful, patient and curious to learn something new. If you already have experience of winding or electric motor repairs, this is of course a big plus but not a requirement.
