About the role We are looking for an experienced fitter to join our team in Skultuna. Here you will be an important part of a group consisting of design managers, designers, buyers and installers. As an assembler with us, you will: - Assemble high-voltage outlet boxes for large synchronous machines - Work with both mechanical and electrical assembly (instrument transformers, capacitors, valve arresters, rail systems, cabling and junction boxes) - Manage delivery reporting and quality assure incoming materials - Contribute in the product development process, where your experience and improvement suggestions make a difference This is a role where you get to combine your technical skills with the opportunity to influence and develop the processes. Who are you? We are looking for someone who is thorough, committed and confident in their professional role. To succeed in the role, you have: - At least 5 years experience as a fitter or equivalent - Work experience as a cabinet maker, electrician, mechanic or similar technical profession - Good computer skills and a strong technical interest - Ability to work independently but also cooperate in teams Previous experience in copper assembly is considered a plus.
