About the position As Group Manager for the Delivery Group, you are responsible for day-to-day leadership and have both staff and budget responsibility. You work actively to plan, monitor and develop the business, with a focus on structure, quality and profitability. The role suits you who have a strong drive for improvement work and who see opportunities for development in both routines and working methods. You take the initiative, create clear processes and ensure that the organization works effectively and in accordance with current regulations. Your main responsibilities: - Lead and develop your team - Responsible for planning, staffing and daily management of the business - Ensure compliance with laws and regulations in daily work - Apply relevant legislation on health and safety and working time issues - Personnel responsibilities including appraisals, work environment and rehabilitation - Budget and cost responsibility and follow-up of results - Initiate and drive structured improvement initiatives - Ensure a functioning meeting structure and clear communication - Cooperate closely with other departments and support functions Your profile To succeed in the role, we look for you to have: - Several years of experience in managing staff preferably in manufacturing, engineering or industry (advantageous but not required) - Ability to prioritize, plan and create structure in an environment with many parallel tasks - A process-oriented approach and strong interest in business development - Good understanding of financial relationships, cost tracking and business acumen - Clear communication style and an inclusive, coaching leadership - Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. English is an advantage - Good computer skills and experience working in the Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) - B driving license (travel in the service may occur) Meritorious: - Experience in calculation and preparation in steel or forging work - Background in industrial or manufacturing operations - Post-secondary education in engineering or management We strive for diversity and gender balance in our teams.
