About the role As an industrial electrician with us, you will have an important and varied role where your technical skills make a concrete difference for both our customers and colleagues. You will work on site at one of our largest customers in Västerås, where you will be a key person in maintaining operational reliability, efficiency and high quality. You will work with: - Troubleshooting and repair of electrical equipment in production environment - Preventive maintenance and supervision - Electrical installations in existing equipment - Improvement work and smaller projects with own responsibility - Documentation and reporting in maintenance systems The work requires independence, systematic approach and high technical understanding. You will work closely with mechanics, operations staff and other technicians in an environment where your decisions have a direct impact on production. Standby duty may be required. Who are you? We are looking for an industrial electrician with a good understanding of reliability and troubleshooting in a production environment rather than a pure installation background. You are confident in your professional role, have good analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach. You like to work practically, take responsibility and see technical challenges as something positive. We would like to see that you have: - At least 10 years of experience in electrical work, including several years in a production or industrial environment - Solid experience in troubleshooting control cabinets, motor controls and sensor systems - Good understanding of electrical safety, electrical standards and industry requirements - Basic knowledge of PLC/control systems - Good computer skills - Swedish in speech and writing - B-driving license Meritorious: - Authorization or other electrical qualification - Experience in project management, construction, pneumatics or hydraulics - Knowledge of switchgear, high voltage and electrical construction - English in speech and writing - Post-secondary education, e.g. vocational college in electricity or automation We attach great importance to you having the right experience, independence and ability to act solution-focused in a technically complex environment.
