  • Contribute to creating a proactive and long-term sustainable maintenance culture

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who have a few years of experience in maintenance, production or technology and who want to take the next step in your development.

You can be a university engineer in, for example, machine, automation or production, or have built up equivalent skills through practical experience from industry.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have a good understanding of industrial maintenance, work in a structured and solution-oriented way and have a drive to improve and develop working methods.

If you have experience of automated production or of developing and improving maintenance work, we see it as meritorious.

  • Thrive in an environment where you can help build something from the ground up
  • Be curious, committed and see opportunities for improvement
  • Have an easy time collaborating with different functions

Why you should choose us

  • You get the opportunity to build up the maintenance work from scratch and set how it should work in practice going forward
  • You work in a modern and highly automated factory where technology and development are in focus
  • You get a role with great freedom and the opportunity to influence decisions, working methods and priorities
  • You get a varied everyday life where you combine structure, analysis and practical work
  • You become part of a team with commitment, competence and close cooperation
