About us At Jernbro's Engineering department in Skövde, you will find a competent group of technicians and engineers in different areas and with different backgrounds. We strengthen Jernbro's delivery offer with qualified engineering expertise in matters relating to automation, maintenance, project management, machine safety and much more. We see a need to expand the group to match market demand and are now looking for a maintenance engineer who wants to join and contribute to our own and our customers' continued success journey. About the service As an engineer in Engineering, you work with exciting consulting assignments linked to your personal competence profile directly to our customers. We primarily target our customers in the manufacturing industry, but of course we have an open mind for other industries as well. The nature of the assignments changes according to the customers' needs and lasts for anything from a couple of months up to a year, sometimes even longer. About you We are looking for you who are probably a university engineer in mechanical engineering, automation or equivalent, alternatively you have the equivalent skills and experience from previous positions. You have good knowledge and familiarity with various production concepts as well as several years of experience from the manufacturing and/or process industry. As a person, you have great commitment and are driving in the tasks you perform. You enjoy making new contacts and seeing opportunities for improvement. Furthermore, you have the ability to work independently but also the ability to collaborate and create commitment in a group in a positive way. Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement. It is important to us that you are a team player, have high integrity and that it is a matter of course to reach set goals. We are located locally in Skövde, but take on assignments throughout the country, so be aware that travel and overnight stays in other locations may occur during periods. about the job As a Maintenance Engineer within our business, you work with maintenance technical assignments primarily for our customers in the manufacturing industry but also for our customers in other industries. The tasks involve improving or maintaining our customers' productivity and plant value. In addition to the above, the following information is also included: • To lead or participate in assignments aimed at improving the customer's maintenance operations. • To conduct studies to identify productivity losses and to conduct root cause analyzes to identify countermeasures to the losses. • To prepare and plan maintenance work. • To draw up maintenance instructions and carry out spare parts preparations • To participate as a maintenance specialist in, for example, the procurement of machinery with responsibility for setting requirements and following up on functional safety and maintainability. • To carry out maintenance analyzes in accordance with Jernbro's maintenance concept and to set up the development work to reach our customers' overall goals We offer We give you a unique opportunity to contribute to Jernbro's development journey and to the green transition within Swedish industry.
