We’re growing and are now looking for a maintenance mechanic who wants to help develop our operations in Kiruna.

About the Role

As a maintenance mechanic, you’ll perform both preventive and corrective maintenance in industrial settings. You’ll be part of a team where you’ll plan together, solve problems, and support one another in your daily work.

Your day-to-day work is varied and involves mechanical maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery and production equipment. The role also includes manufacturing and customizing mechanical solutions based on the needs of the business and our customers.

This is a broad role for someone who enjoys hands-on work, technical challenges, and collaborating with others. Your main responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Troubleshoot, service, and repair machines and production equipment
  • Participate in the manufacturing and customization of mechanical solutions
  • Read drawings and document completed work
  • Contribute to safe, efficient, and high-quality execution
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and management in your daily work

Your Profile

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on and varied role where problem-solving is a natural part of everyday life. You enjoy taking responsibility, work in a structured manner, and have a strong focus on safety and quality.

We believe you have:

  • Experience with mechanical work in an industrial setting
  • Strong ability to read and understand drawings
  • Solid industrial experience and familiarity with working in industrial environments
  • Class B driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with preventive maintenance
  • Experience with industrial maintenance
  • Experience with manufacturing and mechanical workshop work
  • Experience with welding
  • Other relevant experience with mechanical work in the industrial sector
