About the role As a maintenance mechanic at Jernbro, you will be a key player in our team in Huskvarna. You start from here but spend most of your time out at our customers around Jönköping County. This means a varied and independent everyday life where you meet different environments, people and technical challenges. In your work, you perform service, troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance on industrial machines and production equipment. You will also participate in installation and improvement projects where you will be involved in developing our customers' production solutions. An important part of the role is also about building long-term customer relationships, helping to develop our ways of working and creating added value through high quality and service. Standby duty may be required. Your profile We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in technology and problem solving, and who enjoy having freedom with responsibility. You are positive, curious and like to have contact with customers and you get energy from finding smart solutions. We believe you have: - Experience in mechanical maintenance, repair or workshop work - Good knowledge of industrial machines and systems - Welding skills are an advantage but not a requirement - B-driving license (requirement) - Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing We would like to see that you have worked as a mechanic, service technician, maintenance technician or similar, perhaps in industry, vehicles, agriculture or workshop. The most important thing for us is that you are practical, solution-oriented and have a sense of how machines work. If you also have experience of hydraulics, pneumatics or working in a production environment, this is a big plus. Experience from industry or production is an advantage, but most important for us is that you have the right attitude, curiosity and willingness to develop with us.
