Job description We are now looking for a qualified mechanic for our unit in Avesta. The work is mainly carried out at our customers' premises, but there is also work in our workshop where we refurbish machine parts. The work is varied, and suits you who have a few years of experience screwing with mechanical parts. The customer base mainly consists of steel, paper, nuclear power and the mining industry. The service includes maintenance, renovation and manufacturing work, such as: • Renovation of machine parts • Assembly of machine components and complete facilities • Work during maintenance shutdowns • Preventive and remedial maintenance • Troubleshooting • Documentation, reporting and follow-up of measures  Your profile To succeed in the role, it is important that you have a genuine interest in solving problems, as well as a general interest in technology and its development, preferably related to production and industry. We see that you dare to make your own decisions, are responsible, structured and orderly.  You are happy and cooperative and like customer contact. As a person, you yearn to take on challenges and learn new things.  You must have a great mechanical/technical interest and have good knowledge of spoken and written Swedish. A few years of relevant work experience in industry / production e.g. machine operator is meritorious. You need to be able to read and understand drawings and have a B driving license which is a requirement. If you also have a traverse and forklift card, it is advantageous.
