The role As a Maintenance Mechanic at Jernbro in Västerås, you will play a central role in keeping our customer's production running. You work independently with both preventive and remedial maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs and you are expected to quickly take responsibility for your own assignments. The work also includes improvements, installations and participation in projects where your experience makes a difference. The position may also involve standby duty. Who are you? We are looking for you who are already confident in your professional role and can contribute directly with your knowledge and approach. We look for you to have: - Solid experience in mechanical maintenance in an industrial environment - Documented experience of troubleshooting and repair - Competence in hydraulics, pneumatics and preferably welding - Ability to work independently, structured and solution-oriented - Good computer skills for documentation and maintenance systems - Good Swedish in speech and writing - B-driving license Relevant education is an advantage, but your practical experience and independence are the most important.
