As a working supervisor, you combine practical craftsmanship with leadership and are involved all the way from planning to finished installation. This is not a desk role. About the role As a working supervisor, you have overall responsibility for planning, leading and following up on work in the construction, maintenance and installation of district heating networks and heat exchangers. You will lead the team on site and ensure that the work is carried out efficiently, safely and with the right quality. The role combines work management with practical work, which means that, if necessary, you participate in production yourself and have a good insight into both the details and the overall picture of the projects. Work tasks In this role, you will be responsible for the daily management of the work on site. This means that you lead and coordinate assembly and installation work within the district heating network, including installation, replacement and commissioning of heat exchangers. If necessary, you will be operationally involved in pipe work, assembly, welding and monitoring of excavation work. You will plan work stages, resources and materials and maintain ongoing contact and coordination with clients and other contractors. You are also responsible for self-inspection, quality assurance and documentation, and ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with current safety requirements, procedures and regulations. Qualifications - Experience in district heating, HVAC or industrial piping projects - Practical experience in the installation and management of heat exchangers - Experience in leading others in daily work, formally or informally - Good technical understanding in pipe installations and assembly - Ability to read drawings and plan work - B driving license Meritorious: - Welding experience (stick, gas or similar) Good to know Travel may be involved in the job Personal characteristics As a person, you are structured, responsible and solution-oriented.
