Are you the one? Do you want to work in a role where you follow the process from the first order to the finished job? Do you like the combination of administration, customer contact and collaboration in a team that really supports each other? Then you could be the one we are looking for.
We are looking for a careful, social and responsible order administrator who wants to become an important part of our team of three people.
About the role
As an Order Administrator, you have a central function in our business. You receive and register incoming orders and post assignments in the system. You are in regular contact with customers to handle questions, order acknowledgments and any changes. You follow the process all the way through to completion, including invoicing the customer yourself when the work is finished.
The working day consists of both independent work and close collaboration with your colleagues. Priorities can sometimes change quickly, so you need to thrive in a role where structure and flexibility go hand in hand.
Who you are
We believe you are a social and service-oriented person who enjoys daily contact with both customers and colleagues. You are meticulous, have a good sense of structure and are confident in managing multiple tasks in parallel. You keep calm when the pace increases and have the ability to prioritize when a lot happens at the same time.
You are curious to understand our products and flows, and you always communicate professionally, clearly and with good manners.
Qualifications
You need to have:
- Administrative experience
- Basic knowledge of Excel and a willingness to learn more if needed
- Used to working in digital systems and quick to familiarize yourself with new tools
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience in invoicing
- Experience of order administration
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Jeeves
- Experience from industrial, logistics or production environments
Why you will thrive with us
With us, you get a role where you are important from day one and where your work really makes a difference. You'll be part of a close-knit, supportive team where collaboration is a crucial part of our success.
The working day is varied and combines both clearly structured tasks and periods where the pace increases, which makes the role both developing and varied.
Here we value your commitment, your accuracy and your ability to create order in the flow.
Working hours and flexibility
Working hours are during the day, with the possibility of a flexible start in the morning.
We know that work-life balance is important, so we offer flexible options to help you achieve a sustainable work-life balance.
We offer
- A varied and responsible job where you are involved in the entire order flow
- The opportunity to develop your skills in administration, order management and system work
- Competent and helpful colleagues in a prestigious and collaborative team
- A stable employer offering good conditions and sound values
- Flexible working hours that facilitate a good work-life balance
You will have the opportunity to contribute to an important flow of the business while developing in your role and becoming a central part of the team.
