About the role Jernbro continues to grow and we are looking for a packaging carpenter for our packaging workshop in Finspång. You work in our production to manufacture both standard products and customized solutions in wooden packaging. The work takes place in a workshop / industrial environment where quality, dimensional accuracy and safety are in focus and where the days are rarely exactly the same. Your work tasks - Manufacturing and assembly of wooden packaging (standard & customized solutions) - Measuring, cutting and joining according to drawings and work instructions - Continuous quality control and safe and orderly working practices - Contribute with suggestions and ideas for smarter solutions in production Who are you? We are looking for you with some form of practical education, such as a construction or industrial engineering program with a focus on wood technology, or equivalent knowledge acquired through work experience. You see yourself as handy, flexible and solution-oriented. Others see you as positive, social and easy to work with. As a person, you are thorough, responsible and have an eye for detail. You are self-motivated, enjoy working at a fast pace and do so without compromising on quality. We consider it very advantageous if you have experience as a fine carpenter, as we manufacture products that require that type of skill. It is also an advantage if you can read and understand drawings and instructions. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and writing. The service is a fixed-term employment of 6 months.
