We are currently looking for a goods receiver for our facility in Finspång. Here, you’ll play a key role in the material flow—from the moment goods arrive through the gate until they’ve been inspected, registered, and are ready to move on to production or be shipped to a customer.

This role is ideal for someone who values order and structure, thrives in an industrial environment, and enjoys switching between hands-on tasks and working in various systems.

About the Role

As a Goods Receiver, you’re responsible for ensuring that incoming and outgoing goods are handled correctly. You’ll receive deliveries, inspect materials, and enter information into our Jeeves business system.

The role combines hands-on work with administrative tasks. You’ll handle and label materials, prepare goods for delivery, book shipments, and ensure that information and documentation are accurate. When necessary, you’ll also assist with loading, unloading, and moving goods.

In this role, you’ll also work with drawings, work orders, material certificates, and other documentation. Previous experience in this area is a plus, but not required.

You’ll be part of a positive and close-knit team where you’ll support one another and work together to ensure a safe and efficient material flow with high quality and reliable delivery.

Your main responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming and outgoing goods
• Record and track materials and deliveries in Jeeves
• Pack, label, and prepare goods for delivery
• Book shipments and track deliveries
• Handle materials and related documentation
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving goods
• Work in various systems for documentation and tracking
• Verify that materials and information are correct before they move through the workflow

Who are you?

We’re looking for someone who is organized, meticulous, and responsible. You enjoy keeping things in order and thrive in a role where you can combine hands-on tasks with administrative work and using various systems.

We’d prefer that you have prior experience in manufacturing, warehousing, goods receiving, or similar operations. The most important thing is that you have a solid basic understanding of materials handling, are meticulous in your work, and are eager to learn the rest.

For this position, you need:

• Be computer-literate and comfortable working in various systems
• Hold a Class B driver’s license
• Be able to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

It is a plus if you have:

• Experience with business systems, preferably Jeeves
• Experience reading blueprints
• Experience reading and handling material certificates and other documentation
• A forklift license and experience operating a forklift
• Overhead crane operator certification and experience operating overhead cranes
• Experience loading and unloading goods

Work Hours

The position is during daytime hours with the option of a flexible start time in the morning. This gives you some flexibility in your daily life and better opportunities to balance work and personal life.
