The role suits you who have welding in the spine and who want to take a clearer responsibility in the projects both operationally and leading. About the role In the role as a supervising welder you will: - Work operationally with TIG and stick welding, mainly in stainless and black material pipes - Lead and coordinate the daily work on site in small and medium sized projects - Plan work steps, allocate resources and ensure quality and delivery - Have ongoing dialog with the customer and act as Jernbro's representative in the projects - Work with the entire process - from drawing and preparation to finished delivery - Participate in pipe installation, pipe pulling and repairs - Collaborate closely with project management and other professional groups You get a varied role with great responsibility, where you combine craftsmanship, leadership and customer contact. Your profile We are looking for you who: - Have several years of experience as a TIG and stick welder, preferably in pipes - Have experience of work management, team management or similar responsibilities in projects - or are ready to take on greater responsibility in projects - Is used to reading isometric drawings and working in a structured way - Are confident in dialog with customers and thrive in a representative role - Is self-driven, solution-oriented and takes responsibility for the whole - Have welder tests (meritorious) - Have good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and writing - Holds a B driving license and has basic computer skills What do we offer?
