About the role As an Operational Supervisor, you will have the overall responsibility for leading and distributing the work within our mechanics team in Sandviken. You will be a key person in our work at customer sites, ensuring that all tasks are carried out efficiently and to the highest quality. You will coach and support your team in their daily work, while ensuring a good working environment and that we live up to our customers' expectations. Duties and responsibilities - Lead and distribute work within the team of mechanics. - Ensure that the work is carried out according to plan and that we maintain the highest quality. - Support and develop the team through coaching and regular follow-ups. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and health and safety requirements. - Participate in the planning and execution of major projects and repairs at customer sites. - Make decisions and solve problems quickly and efficiently when needed. - Maintain close contact with customers to ensure that their needs and requirements are met. - Follow up on work and ensure proper documentation and reporting. Your profile To succeed in the role, we look for you to have: - Around 10 years' experience as a mechanic, preferably in industry. - Experience of leading or coaching others, preferably from a supervisory or similar role. - The ability to make decisions quickly and take responsibility for ensuring work is carried out effectively. - A practical and solution-oriented approach, ensuring that the team always has the right conditions to succeed. - Strong communication skills and an ability to create a positive working environment - Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. - B-driving license is a requirement, truck license and other certificates are meritorious.
