You work in a team with other colleagues based in the municipality's largest care home, Kaitumgården, which is centrally located in Jokkmokk municipality. The team is responsible for supervision and care at the home, as well as planned and emergency home care services in ordinary housing. You distribute the tasks together during the work shift, and one or more of the team performs home care services while others are responsible for the safety of the home. DUTIES AND TASKS The duties of an assistant nurse include providing good quality of life to our users based on a person-centered approach. The work consists mainly of care and care tasks and being able to contribute with social support and guidance. You must be able to work both independently and in collaboration with others in the team. We use various digital tools, so you need to have knowledge of how to use digital technology and be familiar with using a computer in daily work in the form of documentation. We use Pulsen Combine as our business system. Working hours are at night with 2 weekends out of 4. QUALIFICATIONS You must be trained as a nurse and be able to present an extract from the National Board of Health and Welfare to prove this. We are looking for you who are a positive, committed and responsible person with good empathic ability. You should be easy to work in a group but also be able to work independently. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement, both in speech and writing, as communication and documentation are an important part of the work.
