WORK TASKS The tasks as an assistant nurse include providing good quality of life to our users based on a person-centered approach. The work consists mainly of care tasks and being able to contribute with social support and guidance. You must be able to work both independently and in collaboration with others in the team. We use various digital tools, so you need to have knowledge of how to use digital technology and be familiar with using a computer in daily work in the form of documentation. We use Pulsen Combine as our business system. Working hours are at night with 2 weekends out of 4. QUALIFICATIONS You must be trained as a nurse and be able to present an extract from the National Board of Health and Welfare to prove this. We are looking for you who are a positive, committed and responsible person with good empathic ability. You should find it easy to work in a group but also be able to work independently. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement, both in speech and writing, as communication and documentation are an important part of the work.
