As an assistant nurse in municipal primary care, you will work closely with our patients, performing nursing tasks and supporting their everyday lives. Among other things, you will: - Performing tests, treatments and other health care tasks as delegated by the nurse mainly in home care. - Provide support and counseling to patients to promote their well-being. - Documenting care interventions in our Combine system. - Participate in the planning and evaluation of care interventions - Collaborate with other professionals and relatives to ensure high quality care. - Being responsible for inventory. - Comply with current health and safety procedures and health care legislation.
