As a Care Manager, you will be an important part of our team and help to ensure that our users receive the care and security they deserve. In elderly care, we are in an exciting process of change and are now looking for four care leaders who want to help shape the future of care with us. Two positions are located at Kaitumgården, the municipality's largest care home, centrally located in Jokkmokk municipality. The other two positions are located at Bjärkagården in Vuollerim. 4 place(s). WORK TASKS As a Care Manager in Jokkmokk, you will have a central role in supporting and leading your colleagues in the daily work, while ensuring that we live up to our goals for quality and care. Positions do not involve responsibility for staff, work environment or finances. The work mainly consists of the usual tasks in health and social care. Being able to provide social support and guidance. Being the spider in the web and being able to pull several strings at once. The main task of the Care Manager is to ensure that daily care is carried out according to established guidelines and that colleagues on the ward are supported and guided in their work. The care manager is also responsible for helping to develop and follow up on the work to ensure quality care for our users. An important part of the role also involves being confident in being able to teach in an educational way to colleagues. You must be able to work independently and in collaboration with others in the team. We use various digital tools so you need to have knowledge of how to use digital technology and be familiar with using a computer in daily work in the form of documentation. As this role is new, there will be a clear job description for the role. Your immediate manager is the unit manager at the care home. QUALIFICATIONS Nursing education or other education/experience that the employer considers equivalent. We are looking for you who are a positive, loyal, committed, solution-oriented and responsible person with good empathic ability. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement, both in speech and writing, as communication and documentation are an important part of the work. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, maturity and ability to cooperate. Type of employment: Permanent position. Duration: Permanent.
