Arctic Camp Jokkmokk is a successful 4-star camping facility, beautifully located by the Little Lule River, close to nature. A family campsite that won Campers Choice for best winter campsite in 2025. In the summer, it is full of both camping guests and locals who visit our popular outdoor bath, while winter offers a slightly calmer pace. We are now looking for staff for several different positions for the summer of 2026 who want to be part of delivering a fantastic experience to our guests. JOB DESCRIPTION As a caretaker, you work to ensure that the camping area is well maintained, safe and works as it should for our guests. The work is varied and largely takes place outdoors. Common tasks: - Simple repairs and maintenance - Mowing grass - Emptying rubbish - Keeping the area tidy, clean and pleasant - Helping to supervise holiday youngsters Work in other areas of the campsite may occur as we are a small team where everyone helps where needed. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who like to work practically and enjoy being outdoors. You like to solve problems, are resourceful and see what needs to be done to keep the area in good condition. You are: - Practical and solution-oriented - Responsibility-oriented - Self-starter but also enjoy working in a team - Service-oriented and helpful to our guests Experience of similar work is an advantage but not a requirement.
