We at the Culture and Leisure Department in Jokkmokk are looking for a committed substitute as one of our case managers will be on leave for six months, with the possibility of an extension. WORK DUTIES As an administrator in culture and leisure, you work with a wide range of issues mainly linked to different parts of the unit's operations. You are also responsible for handling various projects from application to reporting. A close collaboration takes place with the director of culture and leisure. The role of administrator includes being board secretary for the Culture and Leisure Board as well as being managerial support in operational planning and follow-up. We offer you a role with both internal and external contact areas where you work together with employees in the School of Culture, Recreation, Library and Culture as well as with association life. Your duties mean that you will work independently to write investigations and decision-making documents for the cultural and leisure committee in areas such as culture, association contributions, citizens' proposals, guidelines for activities, etc. Usual administrative duties such as case and invoice handling are included in the role. QUALIFICATIONS You are an analytical, meticulous and responsible person with an interest in cultural and leisure issues. You work in a structured way and are used to prioritizing and following up current tasks. As an administrator, it is also important that you take the initiative to drive processes and development work forward, preferably with the help of innovative thinking that can be put into practice. Fundamental to succeeding in the role is good social skills, where you find it easy to both cooperate with others and create new relationships. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. You should find it easy to express yourself verbally and in writing and be accurate. Requirements: High school education. Meritorious: Post-secondary education preferably in culture or social sciences Experience of working in the public sector and understanding of how a politically controlled organization works.
