Our teams work together at different levels to provide the best possible care to the residents of the municipality. We are now looking for a committed and responsible registered nurse for night duty. We are in an exciting phase with the transition to Close Care, which is conducted throughout the country in collaboration between the municipality and the region. These permanent positions will be part of a test initiative that will offer double ob compensation between 22-06 during a trial period. If the trial period is successful, this double OT allowance will be made permanent. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES As a nurse, you are offered a meaningful and varied job where you work in care homes, ordinary housing and the functional support area. In this role, you will work independently and be a key person for our users and patients at night, as well as support for the nursing staff. The on-call doctor is available via telephone contact. It is important for us to work together to find new ways to improve our operations, both for staff and users. That is why change management is an important part. Through it, we can together develop municipal primary care and strengthen good care for our elderly. In this position, you will, among other things, work to: - Responsible for the overall nursing activities in the municipality's primary care during the night - Carrying out self-assessments on patients' health and well-being - Provide care and support/guidance in the municipality's care and nursing homes, the disability area and in home care. - Participate in teamwork to ensure good and safe care - Documentation of care interventions - Participate actively in development and quality work - Some readiness may occur by agreement QUALIFICATIONS - Registered Nurse/Specialist Nurse - B-driving license (fixed requirement) - Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written - Ability to perform independent assessments and make decisions in emergency situations - Empathy and interest in the patient's needs - Interest in change and development work - Experience in primary care or elderly care is an advantage OTHER Jokkmokk municipality strives for gender balance and ethnic and cultural diversity in our operations.
