We work actively with a focus on security, community and development. We are looking for you who want to be part of making a future difference for our students. WORK TASKS At Östra skolan there are just over 200 students in grades 4-9. Your main task is to support students in social and learning situations. The work can be aimed at individual students, but also at groups of students who need support to benefit from education. You will work with students who for various reasons need extra support and coaching. You have a pedagogical approach and can work both individually and in groups. You have good and ongoing communication with teachers, mentors and guardians. Supervision and activities with students during free time are part of your work. You will work in grades 4-6, where you put the students and their knowledge development at the center. QUALIFICATIONS We see that you as an applicant have completed upper secondary education, such as the Child and Leisure Program, equivalent education or experience of similar tasks. Great emphasis is placed on your personal qualities such as social skills, flexibility and collaboration skills and a genuine interest in children and young people.
