The health care unit within the municipal primary care is part of the social services and is aimed at nursing homes, home care and functional support. The unit employs nurses, specialist nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and assistant nurses. We are a driven and collaborative unit that puts quality and patient needs first. WORK TASKS As a unit manager for licensed staff and assistant nurses, you are responsible for day-to-day operations. You will work closely with your colleagues and report directly to the Head of Operations. In this role, you will have the opportunity to combine strategic thinking with practical leadership, leading, planning and developing activities to ensure safe and high-quality care for the municipality's residents. You also have an important role in creating good conditions for both employees and operations to grow and develop.
