The HR department in the Municipality of Jokkmokk is a central support function that works both strategically and operationally within the HR field. As one of our employees is retiring, we are now seeking a new HR Strategist to join our team of five, including the HR Manager. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As an HR Strategist with us, you’ll work closely with both management and operational teams, with ample opportunity to shape the work yourself. You’ll provide crucial support to our managers, particularly in the areas of labor law and negotiations, as well as in workplace safety and health initiatives at the individual, group, and organizational levels. For us, it is important that the employer brand is built and developed from within the organization, starting with our employees; therefore, we have integrated this HR Strategist role with responsibilities related to employer branding, so knowledge of brand-building from an employer’s perspective is a plus. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has: • Relevant education in the field of HR • Knowledge of interpreting collective bargaining agreements and labor law, acquired through education or work experience • Experience providing consultative management support in the HR field • The ability to see how different HR processes are interconnected • A digital approach to work and the ability to leverage digital tools • A Class B driver’s license It is advantageous if you have: • Knowledge of employer branding, acquired through education or work experience • Experience using various digital tools related to communication, layout, and target-audience-specific advertising.
