We are now looking for several committed and competent registered nurses / specialist nurses for summer substitution to our team! WORK TASKS As a nurse, you are offered an exciting and developing job where you work with patients in home care, Care and Nursing Homes and Functional Support throughout our municipality. You will work independently and in a team with other medical professionals, in close collaboration with care staff, support functions and managers, as well as external collaboration partners. The work includes standard nursing tasks such as: - Carrying out medical assessments, planning care interventions and performing treatments - Providing care and support to patients - Proactive work - Documenting and following up patients in the medical record system Combine - Interact with doctors, Rehab teams, other healthcare providers and external actors - Collaborate internally with other actors within the Social Services - Provide support and guidance to nursing staff QUALIFICATIONS - Registered Nurse/Specialist Nurse - Experience of municipal primary care is an advantage - Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written - Ability to work independently and in a team - Empathy and sensitivity to patient needs - Interest in quality and development work OTHER Jokkmokk municipality strives for gender balance and ethnic and cultural diversity in our activities.
