We are currently seeking a candidate for the position of care worker at Bjärkagården in Vuollerim. 1 position(s). JOB DUTIES Your duties as a care worker will include ensuring a good quality of life for our residents using a person-centered approach. The work primarily consists of nursing and care tasks, as well as providing social support and guidance. You will also perform support tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping. Work hours are flexible based on the facility’s needs and your preferences. Our facility operates 24 hours a day. QUALIFICATIONS We expect applicants to have education or experience that the employer deems relevant. We are looking for a positive, committed, and responsible person with strong empathy. Proficiency in the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written, as communication and documentation are an important part of the job. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, maturity, and the ability to work collaboratively. You must be able to work both independently and collaboratively with others on the team. We use various digital tools, so you need to have knowledge of how to use digital technology and be comfortable using a computer in your daily work, particularly for documentation purposes.
