Are you the one? Jokkmokk is a municipality with an eye on the future!
We are a place where community and responsibility are at the center, where your skills and ideas can be part of shaping the way forward. If you value a high quality of life with proximity to both nature and community, Jokkmokk offers a rich cultural life and affordable leisure opportunities to experience.
Welcome to a municipality that combines drive and helpfulness - here you can help create something new.
With a new investment in our Individual and Family Care (IFO), we are building an organization that is equipped to meet both today's and tomorrow's challenges. And you have the opportunity to help shape it!
We have a vision to create an IFO organization that not only meets but exceeds the requirements of the new Social Services Act. Our ambitions go beyond the minimum requirements of the law. We strive to build a business that puts the actual needs of the individual at the center and offers tailor-made solutions for each individual citizen.
We offer a range of benefits, some of which are:
- 30-hour working week. We are carrying out a six-month project to reduce working hours, with the aim of creating a more sustainable working environment and increasing accessibility for the public. If the project is successful, the ambition is to make it permanent.
- Wellness allowance
- Possibility to apply for vacation exchange
- A dynamic and development-oriented work environment in a small municipality with short decision-making paths.
- Opportunity to work broadly and develop in several areas of social work
- Support and cooperation from other professions within the municipality
- Good opportunities for skills development and further training
We are an innovative unit with the attitude that the work environment is at its best when you have a balance between private life and work life. That's why flexibility and feedback are important ways of working for us. Here we are solution-focused!
