We are looking for employees who can work in the absence of the regular staff, hourly substitute as a personal assistant. It can be for shorter and longer absences. WORK TASKS As a personal assistant, you work in the user's home with care and care work and other work that belongs to the home. You plan the day based on the user's needs, wishes and daily form. Most importantly, you are there to provide security and a meaningful everyday life for the user. You should be prepared to work independently as it is not double staffed. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, loyalty and social skills. Working hours are varied and night work may occur. QUALIFICATIONS Good knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement. It is an advantage if you have a nursing education or other education/experience that the employer considers equivalent, as well as experience of working with people with disabilities.
