WORK TASKS - Carry out assessments and individual interventions for people with various disabilities. - Designing and implementing individual treatment plans to improve and/or maintain people's motor function, strength, mobility and pain management. - providing advice, guidance and training to patients, relatives and caregivers - Collaborating with other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient health - carrying out health promotion and prevention activities - Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders - Documenting and following up interventions according to current procedures. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist / occupational therapist.
