We are looking for an assistant nurse at Pionjären, a small care home for the elderly, located in Porjus. The service also includes home care in ordinary housing. WORK TASKS The work as an assistant nurse includes giving our users a good quality of life based on their individual needs. The work must be carried out in a person-centered way, where the needs and wishes of each user are in focus. The tasks mainly consist of care and nursing work, but service tasks such as cleaning and laundry also occur. You need to be able to work both independently and together with colleagues in the team. We use various digital tools in our operations. Therefore, you need to have basic knowledge of digital technology and be used to using a computer in your daily work, for example for documentation.Working hours are flexible based on the needs of the business and your wishes. Activities take place around the clock. QUALIFICATIONS Nursing education where you must also be able to show a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare as Nursing is now a protected professional title. We are looking for you who are a positive, committed and responsible person with good empathic ability. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement, both in speech and writing, as documentation is part of the work. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, maturity and ability to cooperate. B-driving license is a requirement.
