The service includes all common tasks in a commercial kitchen, such as cooking, salad preparation, serving, washing up, self-monitoring and more. As a pool position, the assignment is varied, some days you work independently in a preschool or school kitchen, while other days you are part of the kitchen team in the commercial kitchen. Working hours are during the day, Monday to Friday. QUALIFICATIONS Experience of working in a kitchen or restaurant is an advantage. We would also like to see that you have training or experience in food hygiene and special diets / allergies. As the work involves handling special diets, recipes and various types of lists, it is important that you have good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech, writing and understanding.
