Nygårdens preschool, located in Vuollerim, has about 25-30 children divided into two departments. From the fall of 2025, we will move into completely renovated premises where the school F-5 and the after-school center will also be located. WORK TASKS As a preschool teacher at the preschool, you plan and are responsible for teaching in the preschool based on the curriculum's Lpfö18 goals and the Children and Education Board's priority target areas. You have a stated responsibility for ensuring that teaching is of good quality. You are familiar with educational documentation and conduct systematic quality work in collaboration with the rest of the team. You work closely with guardians. Working hours are mainly 12-16 Monday to Friday. QUALIFICATIONS Primarily, we are looking for you who are a licensed preschool teacher. You should be able to work in close collaboration with colleagues. You put the child, its learning and development and the quality of the business at the center. You should have good social cooperation skills and be flexible.
