JOB DESCRIPTION
As a producer, you will work on behalf of the Culture and Leisure Department of the Municipality of Jokkmokk, in close collaboration with our staff, marketing office, technicians and partners. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, communicating and implementing the department's program content during Jokkmokk Market 2026, including stage programs, talks, music, youth programs, openings and other cultural events.
Tasks include:
Planning and coordination of the culture and leisure department's programs
Booking of artists, speakers, performers and technology
Responsibility for planning logistics to and from the venue and our premises.
Contact with partners, cultural actors and participants
Flow planning and practical production during the market week
Responsibility for communication about the program offer.
QUALIFICATIONS
You have experience in producing public events, festivals or stage programs. You are structured, creative and good at building relationships. You have a good sense of both content and logistics. We would like you to have:
Experience in cultural production or similar project management
Experience working with audiences, technology, artists and logistics
Interest in contemporary culture and participation
Ability to work independently while collaborating in teams.
Experience in working strategically with social media is a plus
