Arctic Camp Jokkmokk is a successful 4-star camping facility beautifully located by the Little Lule River, close to nature. A family campsite that won Campers Choice for best winter campsite in 2025. In the summer, it is full of both camping guests and locals who visit our popular outdoor bath, while the winter offers a slightly calmer pace.
We are now looking for staff for several different positions for the summer of 2026 who want to be part of delivering a fantastic experience to our guests.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a receptionist with us, you are the guest's first contact with the campsite. You will work closely with your colleagues in reception and other departments.
Common tasks:
- Checking guests in and out
- Taking reservations by phone, email and on site
- Answering questions and giving tips on activities in the area
- Simple administrative tasks
Work in other parts of the campsite may occur we are a small team where everyone helps where needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who like to work with people and want to be involved in creating a pleasant experience for our guests. You enjoy working where things happen and the pace is periodically high.
You are:
- Service-oriented and positive
- Structured and solution-oriented
- Comfortable speaking Swedish and English
- Computer literate
- At least 18 years old
Previous experience in service professions and other language skills, especially German, are an advantage but not a requirement. We attach great importance to personality and willingness to learn.
