The Health and Medical Care Unit is part of the social services activities aimed The unit consists of nurses, specialist nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and assistant nurses. We are looking for dedicated and responsible registered nurses for night shifts in the summer where you work seven nights and are free seven nights. In this role you will work independently and be a key person for all our users and patients at night as well as support for nursing staff. Side by side with regular nurse before substitution. 1 place(s). DUTIES. You will work independently and in close collaboration with nursing and care staff. On-call doctor is available via telephone contact. The work includes usual nursing tasks such as: - Responsible for the overall nursing activities throughout the municipality's primary care during night shifts. - Carrying out own assessments of patients' health and wellbeing. - Provide care and support/guidance in all our Care and Nursing homes, the disability area and in home care. - Documenting care interventions QUALIFICATIONS - Registered nurse - Experience in home care and elderly care - Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written - Ability to perform independent assessments and make decisions in emergency situations - Empathy and interest in patient needs - Experience/knowledge of the Combine documentation system Type of employment: Temporary employment.
