Arctic Camp Jokkmokk is a successful 4-star camping facility beautifully located by the Little Lule River, close to nature. A family campsite that won Campers Choice for best winter campsite in 2025. In the summer, it is full of both camping guests and locals who visit our popular outdoor bath, while the winter offers a slightly calmer pace.
We are now looking for staff for several different positions for the summer of 2026 who want to be part of delivering a fantastic experience to our guests.
JOB DUTIES
As a Service Host, you will be responsible for activities for children and families at the campsite. You will organize activities every day and make sure the children have fun and feel welcome. You'll also be in charge of our playroom with toys and crafts and help keep the pool area tidy.
Common tasks:
- Plan and organize daily activities for children, such as games and crafts
- Keeping the playroom tidy and organized
- Supervise the pool area, including the pool and slide
- Ensure the area is clean, safe and pleasant for guests
Some days there may be a few children and other days many more, so it is important to be able to adapt activities to the situation. Work in other parts of the campsite may occur as we are a small team where everyone helps where needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who enjoy working with children and who like play, movement and creating fun activities.
You are:
- Creative and playful
- Responsible
- Comfortable speaking Swedish and English
Experience working with children or leading activities is an advantage but not a requirement. Knowledge of other languages, especially German, is also an advantage. We attach great importance to personality and commitment.
