As a singing teacher at Kulturskolan in Jokkmokk, you will be a key person in the work of building and organizing teaching from scratch. It is an advantage if you have knowledge and familiarity with joik as we would like to offer it at our cultural school. Your tasks: - Teach children and young people singing, various genres both individually and ensemble / choir - Participate in the planning and implementation of concerts, performances and holiday courses - Establish a good dialog with students and guardians - Contribute to the development of activities and recruitment of new pupils - Handle some administrative work (e.g. scheduling and communication) QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for people who: - Have a university degree or other education that the employer considers equivalent - Passionate about the creation and participation of children and young people - Are used to working independently and together in teams - Want to help shape the future of cultural schools in rural areas OTHER Jokkmokk municipality strives for gender balance and ethnic and cultural diversity in our activities.
