JOB DUTIES As a social worker with us, you will handle various types of cases within social services, primarily involving children and youth. You will be responsible for investigating, assessing, deciding on, and following up on interventions in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations governing social services. With us, you’ll have a manageable workload that allows room for professional development and social work. Here, you don’t have to juggle 10 tasks at once—but if you’d like to, there’s of course the opportunity to contribute to our growth and take on greater responsibility. QUALIFICATIONS • A degree in social work or equivalent education. • Knowledge of current legislation, primarily the Social Services Act (SoL), the Care of Young Persons Act (LVU), and the Care of Substance Abusers Act (LVM). • Class B driver’s license We’re looking for someone who is committed, responsible, and eager to work across a broad range of social services.
