At Östra skolan there are around 200 pupils in grades 4-9 and we work to develop teaching and increase pupils' knowledge. We are now looking for a committed and knowledgeable special educator who will be an important part of our student health work and contribute to a school where every student is given the opportunity to succeed. WORK TASKS As a special education teacher with us, you will: - Conduct educational surveys and investigations. - Develop and follow up action programs. - Support colleagues in adapting and developing teaching based on students' needs. - Contribute to the school's systematic quality work. - Participate in and contribute to the joint work of the student health team. - Participate in transitions and collaborate with external actors when needed. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for people who: - Are a licensed teacher and trained special educator. - Have good knowledge of adaptations, special support and inclusive working methods. - Have experience of working in schools, preferably in student health. - Have good ability to collaborate, lead development processes and communicate clearly. - Is solution-focused, analytical and confident in your professional role.
