Would you like to help develop the future of operational support within social services?
The Municipality of Jokkmokk plans to organize staffing and administrative support into a new unit. These positions are linked to a planned organizational change that is currently being addressed in accordance with applicable cooperation and negotiation procedures. Provided that the planned organizational change is implemented, we are seeking two staffing administrators.
With us, you’ll have a varied role where staffing, administration, and digital systems come together. You’ll work closely with managers and operational units, helping to ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly for both employees and service users.
You’ll work closely with managers, employees, and other partners and play a key role in ensuring efficient, operationally focused support. You’ll report directly to the Operations Manager for Elderly Care and the Health and Medical Care Unit.
The work is fast-paced, involves many points of contact, and requires a high degree of personal responsibility. You must therefore be organized, service-oriented, and enjoy planning, prioritizing, and solving problems.

JOB DUTIES
The position includes, among other things:
• planning and coordinating daily staffing
• recording sick leave and return-to-work notifications
• recruiting temporary staff and managing temporary staffing assignments
• working with schedule planning in digital systems
• tracking work hours, LAS days, and work time regulations
• providing administrative support to departments and managers
• providing support for the organization’s digital systems
• managing alarm equipment and providing technical support
• ordering supplies and materials
• Coordinate housing placements and manage waiting lists
• Update registries, phone lists, and other administrative records
The role will evolve over time in line with the organization’s needs, offering excellent opportunities to help shape work methods and procedures.
Work hours are scheduled and include day and evening shifts on weekdays as well as weekend shifts.
QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in staffing planning, scheduling, or administrative work in healthcare and social services is a plus. Experience working with operational and HR systems is also an advantage.
Employment Type: Permanent position.
Duration: Permanent; Start Date: To be agreed upon. A probationary period may apply.
Work hours: Scheduled shifts. Day and evening shifts on weekdays, as well as weekend shifts.
