JOB DUTIES The job involves providing individually tailored support in daily life based on the individual’s needs, wishes, and implementation plan. Through a supportive and motivational approach, you help strengthen independence, participation, and quality of life. You will provide personal assistance and other services in accordance with the LSS and actively participate in planning, documentation, and follow-up. The role also involves participating in the development of the organization and collaborating with family members, colleagues, and other professionals to ensure safe and high-quality care. Work hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends. Night shifts may occur. The work is based on the individual’s needs, participation, and self-determination. QUALIFICATIONS Education in health care and social services, child care and recreation, social work, or other relevant fields is preferred, as is experience working under the LSS and/or in personal assistance. Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written. A Class B driver’s license may be required depending on the assignment.
