We are now looking for committed employees for our LSS operations in functional support in Jokkmokk.
The service is varied and includes work with children, young people and adults in several initiatives according to SOL / LSS:
- Housing support
- Personal assistance
- Respite service
- Companion service
- Short-term care
- Short-term supervision over 12 years

WORK TASKS
The work involves providing individually adapted support in everyday life based on the individual's needs, wishes and implementation plan. Through a supportive and motivating approach, you contribute to strengthening independence, participation and quality of life. You provide personal assistance and other services under LSS and actively participate in planning, documentation and follow-up.
The role also includes being involved in the development of the business and collaborating with relatives, colleagues and other professionals to ensure safe and quality care.
Working hours are day, evening and weekend. Night shifts may occur. The work is based on the individual's needs, participation and
self-determination.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education in health and social care, child and leisure, social work or other relevant education is advantageous as well as experience of work in LSS and/or personal assistance. Good knowledge of Swedish, in speech and writing
B-driving license may be a requirement depending on the assignment
