We are now looking for a support assistant for our daily activities according to the LSS Act on support and service for certain people with disabilities. Daily activities are aimed at people with disabilities who need support to get a meaningful and developing occupation in their everyday lives. The work involves creating structure, motivation and participation in various tasks and activities. The tasks include, among others, to: - Supporting participants in work tasks and activities - Planning and implementing meaningful employment - Working from implementation plans - Documenting according to current legislation and procedures - Collaborate with colleagues, relatives and other professionals The work requires an educational and respectful approach where the participants' self-determination and integrity are at the center. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: - Have education in health and social care, support assistant, children and leisure or other education that the employer considers equivalent. - Have experience of working with people with disabilities - Have a pedagogical and structured approach - Is responsible, flexible and has good cooperation skills - Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing - Have a B driving license Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
