Västra skolan is an F-3 school, adapted primary school and after-school center with about 110 students. We are looking for you who want to work with us during the autumn semester starting in August 2026. The position relates to teaching in grades 1-3 and covers 80%. The final placement is determined based on the needs of the business and your skills.
WORK TASKS
As a teacher with us, you plan, implement and follow teaching according to Lgr22. You work with clear structures, accessible learning and inclusive teaching. We place particular emphasis on basic reading, writing and
mathematics teaching.
You will be part of a close and supportive team where you develop teaching and working methods together.
We are looking for you who have a holistic perspective on students' learning and well-being. With us, you are an important part of the health-promoting student health work and contribute to a safe and positive school environment where students are given the opportunity to succeed every day. You will also interact with homes in an open and professional manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a licensed teacher with qualifications for grade F3 or other educational training or educational experience. You have experience in planning, implementing and following up teaching according to Lgr22. You need to have good ability to use digital tools and it is an advantage if you have worked with early reading, writing or mathematics development as well as adaptations for students in need of support.
As a person, you are easy to collaborate and actively contribute to the team's joint work. You lead teaching with clarity and create a safe learning environment with study peace. You communicate professionally and build good relationships with students and guardians. The work requires you to be structured, responsible and development-oriented, as well as flexible in adapting teaching to the needs of the students.

The salary range for this position as a qualified primary school teacher is between 30 - 40 000 SEK/month full-time. We apply individual salary setting based on your experience and skills.
